I'd like to provide you all with the English translation of my favourite poem here first. For your better understanding of my Reply. It is originally written in "Urdu language" by a "Pakistani poet" named "Munir Niazi".

I always arrive too late,

When something important needs to be said,

When a promise must be kept,

When someone needs to be called,

Or summoned back.

I always arrive too late.

When help is needed,

When a friend's bond must be strengthened,

On long and solemn roads,

When meeting someone is necessary.

I always arrive too late.

In the midst of changing seasons,

When the heart needs to be connected,

When someone needs to be ed,

Or forgotten.

I always arrive too late.

To save someone from untimely death,

From sorrow or grave regret,

To reveal that the truth was different,

To confess all at the right moment.

I always arrive too late.

My Reply:

The Weight of Waiting

In the shadows of your lateness, I stand and wait,

A silhouette of patience, worn by time and fate.

The hours tick by, each one a heavy stone,

Added to the burden that I bear alone.

I weave a tapestry of moments lost,

Each thread a memory that could have been the cost.

Of laughter shared, of tears dried, of whispers in the night,

All left to wither, like autumn leaves without the light.

But it's not just your delays that weigh upon my heart,

For society's gaze is keen, and never departs.

They link me with strangers, in whispers and in sighs,

A constant reminder that I'm still alone, with no one by my side.

Proposals come, one after another, like falling rain,

Each one a reminder of the expectations that remain.

But I reject them all, for none feel right,

Leaving me to face the judgment of the day and night.

My parents worry, their eyes filled with concern,

Their hearts longing to see me married, before their time is learned.

They fear they won't be here to see me walk down the aisle,

Their love and wishes, a burden that I must bear and smile.

I wish to be the one who's not left behind,

To be the first thought, not the last in line.

But life, it seems, has other plans,

Leaving me to navigate the labyrinth of your tardy hands.

In the silence, I hear the echoes of your name,

A call that beckons, yet never seems to bring you home the same.

I search for solace in the stars above,

But even they seem distant, a reminder of your endless love.

So I'll stand here, in this place of waiting,

A monument to love that's tested, yet still hesitates.

For in the end, it's not just time that's lost,

But pieces of my heart, forever the cost.

And as I wait, I wonder if you'll ever see,

The weight of the world that I bear, patiently.

The pressure to conform, the fear of being alone,

The longing for love that's true, and a heart that's home.

I just love the way this poem sounds. So even though you don't understand the language, I'd still request you all to hear the poet for once. You will definitely fall in love with his voice, the way he reads it, and his writing for sure. And i hope I have done a fair enough job to make you understand his work.
