48 hour dropsy treatment update

So I've been treating Indigo for 48 hours now, and his pine coning seems slightly less severe put he's still stressed. He pooped from eating yesterday... sort of. I'm not really sure, but the poop was mixed with some clear stuff. Does anybody know what that is? I'm not sure if I should be worried or not. He hasn't eaten again but I'll keep trying. I'll keep this updated!
