Indigo still isn't eating, but he does seem to move around a bit more now. He still has pine coning happening but it hasn't worsened. The tank is staying clean, and although I'm not sure if he's going to make it I'm noticing more activity from him :) he moves around for a short period of time then rests for a little bit.
