1) What would you do if you encounter a troll/inappropriate profile while welcoming?

If I encountered a troll/inappropriate profile while welcoming, I would first warn the person in case if they did not know what they were doing was not tolerated here. If they still didnt stop I would flag them and tell a staff member who can correctly do something about it to handle it correctly.

2) How would you handle a situation where you disagree with what T, a leader, has to say?

If I disagreed with what you, a leader, had to say, I would not start a fight because I am a strong believer that everyone has their own opinions and I do not like to start arguments only based on an opinion. I also would not discriminate your opinion because it deserves as much respect as my very own opinion does.

3)What would you do if you get offended/ in a fight with another welcomer?

If I got in a fight / got offended by another welcomer I would try to not argue and simply just let us pleade our cases and hear eachother out. If that does not work, I would just leave so the conversation would not have to continue. I would tell someone who could help us if they could try to, but only if the fight gets too far or we really need help.

4) Are you fit to make this commitment to the team? As daily activity is required!

I believe that I am fit to make this commitment to the team because I am on a lot, but in the case that I had an emergency, I would tell you how long i would be inactive and why I would be inactive.

5) Why do you want to be part of the team?

I want to be a part of the team because I personally love the idea of working as a helper of this amino and I love helping , but I will do something I may not want to if I had to for the community.
