:rotating_light: CONFIRMED :rotating_light: Money In The Bank 2026 and Future WrestleMania to be Hosted by New Orleans!

After moving the location of WrestleMania 42 nearly 24 hours ago, WWE's Chief Content Officer, Paul "Triple H" Lavesque confirmed in a video posted on X that New Orleans will host the 2026 Money In The Bank event and a WrestleMania to be named later.

Statement:

“The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and New Orleans & Company are working closely with our friends at TKO to expand our long-standing partnership, which will include UFC 318 on July 19, 2025, Money In The Bank in 2026, and WrestleMania – which will move from the currently scheduled 2026 timeframe to a future year.”

The New Orleans hosted Money In The Bank is scheduled for August 29th, 2026, the 21st anniversary of when Hurricane Katrina flooded and destroyed the majority of New Orleans and the surrounding areas.

Commonly, the Money In The Bank event is hosted in the late Spring, approximately early or mid June. Fans have expressed their shock that the event is now being moved to be held after SummerSlam, which is scheduled for August 1st and 2nd, 2026.

There is no word on when New Orleans will host the promised WrestleMania.
