I've been asking Moondancer if it's okay to make reviews of shops not associated with the Hatchling Clan and I got the okay for it. Mind that I am no r but I feel like people should get honest reviews so they know that they should expect when considering ordering. I will need to make several posts, though (one for each) or else it will turn messy here.
Angelleesa Designs
General information:
Angelleesa Designs is run and operated by the shop owner and her family. She sells her goods via Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and her own online shop. The shop focusses primary in crystals and magickal oils but also offers other extras like crystal jewelry, incense and general (jewelry/magickal) crafting supplies.
Mind that some prices of her shop seem to have changed meanwhile (towards being cheaper, at least on her website).
The Shop is UK based. International shipping is possible.
My order:
It was my second time ordering from her. Initially I got aware of the shop by it's incredible low prices for magickal oils. I just needed to test them out if one could get quality at such a low cost (more about it below).
This order I review here contains various oils in different sizes:
10ml:
- Amplifying
- Cut & Clear (2x)
- Fumitory
- Queen of Witches
- Witch's Brew
25ml:
- Blockbuster
- Oudh
- Soulful
- XXX Protection
As well as the following goods:
- 1 package of 10 rainbow moonstones
- 1 package of 50g rainbow moonstones
- 1 clear crystal point
- 1 clay pendant with Super7 stone
- 1 clay pendant with Apophyllite Stone
- 1 pair of peridot ear rings

The review:
• The oils
Me ordering the second time some oils has to mean they are not so bad - in the very least.
- Pro's:
The Smell
You can really tell by the smell what kind of oil it is. The Cut & Clear one smells fresh and lemon-y as you would expect and the Agarwood (odered last time) has the dark, smokey smell. The Oudh, which is in essence a more stronger Agarwood is exactly that and you can smell the resemblances. The fumitory also has the typical rough smell as the smugded fumitory. I also loved the marigold smell of the Crown Of Success oil from my last order - this and the Cut & Clear oil make it obvious that traditional receipts are used for these oils and not just random essences. The same impression I got on the Blockbuster oil.
I cannot really judge the smell for the other oils I ordered here as I don't know how they are supposed to smell or what ingrediences should be in there. :p
Residues
All bottles of all sizes have residues of the herbs/roots/resins/crystals used for it. For me it's on the first sight a sign of quality as you can be sure 'real' substances are used. Unfortunately, my last order also contained the Magickal Wish oil which contained some glitter... foil(?) which I really doubt to be of organic origin. Which leads me straight to the...
- Con's:
Plastic usage
I am not only suspecious about the glitter particles but also that all oils are sold in plastic bottles. It's for sure one of the main reasons for the low cost but as it's known meanwhile, oils stored in plastic containers over longer time dissolve the plastic material and when using the oils, microplastic is able to get absorbed by the skin.
Colourings
Some oils have very intense colours. I avoided buying the very suspecious looking ones but especially on the section of the angel or chakra oils online you can see that they have to be coloured to achieve these kind of intense dark or pastel colours. I don't want to say they use non-natural substances to colour these oils but for me colourings have no place in magickal oils at all. It's about the contents and them imprinting the oil and not about colour correspondences - this is done by other tools for me.
• The Crystals
I bought the 50g and the 10 pieces of rainbow moonstone to compare quality and price of them. The only real difference I can tell is that the 10 pieces are more equal in size while the 50g one has some smaller ones as well as more 'impure' parts on some stones but it could be just by chance of the selection - the pieces could've had more impure parts as well in a different batch. The 50 gram contained 15 pieces of gems in total but were more than double the price of 10 pieces.
For the clear quartz I have to note the big bonus that you will see the specific piece of the raw stone online and you'll recieve this very one. It's not like you'll get some random pointed raw quartz. Although I imagined it to be a bit bigger, it's very nice. It has still a natural root, the point is clear and it's handy - these were my main criterias.
I will also cover the peridot earrings here but I have to say I didn't get to wear them yet. I assume the hook is not of pure silver and only silver plated but only by the price. I still need to test wear them as my ear holes react very aggressive to any impure materials (and dust/dirt - which is why I kept them in the package ever since as too much desinfection would only destroy the surface more). I will update here as soon as I could try them out.
The pendants
As stunning as they look, as much they disappointed me, which is why I need to go more into detail here again...
Pro's:
Design
They have a very unique and faery-like design that I fell immediately in love with. They ed me on a necklace I regretted since years not to buy which looked like a gate into the realm of faerie. I didn't want to get the same regrets again and ordered both of them. And they are stunning indeed, as well as their...
Crystals
It was experimental for me as I neither heard of Super 7 nor Apopyhllite before. The first is said to be an immense booster for medial senses and the second to help with emotional tourmults to stay grounded. But I somewhat appreciate this exoticness on the pendants as it makes them even more unique.
Con's:
Materials
The base material is unfortunately not the kind of clay I expected it to be but more like a kind of plaster/gypsum kind of thing which makes it very light but also very fragile in the feel. On top of it, it seems like the main colourings were done in watercolours as they stain when moving the finger over the surface and look like getting rubbed off very slightly. I wore the one with the Super 7 Stone for one day at work and it survived - only while changing after work the crystall fell off as the glue didn't hold it well enough. I could glue it again, it was no problem but not very nice of course (and luckily it happened while changing and I noticed and not during work - else I had lost it). Also, I put it in my pocket for a day and the colours rubbed off even more. At some corners are only pale remains of the original colour left meanwhile.
I regret I didn't make a picture with better lightening when I got them. This way the differences are not as clear by the pictures.

Fazit
I would say, the shop is a great spot for people starting out working with oils who want to test out different ones before deciding on which ones to use regulary in their craft - without spending a fortune on this way. For people who want to use their oils over longer periods of time and want superb quality, I would recommend different sellers who sell in glass bottles.
Also, people who love crystals and especially rare ones that are not that easy to encounter (like Andara shards or the Super 7) find a wide variety to browse through.
The prices are adequate, tending to the more cheap section. Although beware that the prices are in GBP. I am aware that there are American online shops who might have even lower prices when converting the currencies but as an European it's impossible to make use of the low costs there if you'll pay 15-60USD solely for the shipping itself. If they ship overseas at all.
For myself, as I stated before I love their Cut & Clear oil and I use it regulary (which is why I ordered 2 pieces of them) and this is the major reason why I will order from them in the future again. The 25ml bottles I use to infuse my bath and soaps with, so I can use them up pretty quick as well. As mentioned, I would be aware not buying anything you don't want to use soon because of the plastic containers.
I wouldn't buy ceramic pendants of them anymore but I think they were some special anyway. Angelleesa's other jewelry creations are nice but nothing really breathtaking for me, so I won't come back for trinkets very likely. I also have other vendors for crystals, so this shop stays the one for me to test out oils and check if they are appliable. There are other European sellers with worse and with better quality oils but the price/quality ratio is really what makes it worth mentioning for me.
