This will be for your #HCW3.  In this workshop we will be creating our own rune set.  For this part we will be choosing the material of our rune pieces!

Looking at Different Materials

Step One

For this first step we will be researching different materials we could use for our rune pieces.  For example you could make your runes on wood, paper, rocks, crystals, etc.  When it comes to different woods, rocks, and crystals they all may have different metaphysical meanings and properties.  However, like I've asked in previous steps, how will your design transfer over to the material?  You can take as much time needed here to consider materials, their properties, and your design transferring to said material.

Step Two

For step two we have now decided our material for our rune pieces.  We will also be putting our final designs to the test on how they will apply to this material.  Will you be drawing or painting your design on">#HCW3!
