every kid has had thoughts of monsters under their beds. what happens when the monsters under their beds are actually demons trying to go to heaven...

[Warning: Story may be disturbing. Violence and killings ahead]

“Come here! Let’s play there!”, a tall girl said.

“Right right! The last one to arrive is ugly! I’m gonna be first so I am the prettiest!”, another shouted and was already dashing towards the mountain.

“Joke’s on to you!”, another said and they all ran up ahead.

“...three children, aged 10,  were reportedly missing 10 days from now. The investigation said that they only ran away from their home but a single trace of them was not found yet…”

“No! They won’t run away from us, My poor Nayeon. Help us please!”, the lady cried while kneeling in front of the media reporters in an interview.

“Honey, we will find them. Please calm down…”, her husband said.

“Last one to arrive is ugly!”, a cheerful voice of a 10-year old said, heading towards the bedroom and was followed by her sisters.

The girls lay on their bed but instead of sleeping, they chatted until midnight.

“You sure daddy won’t scold us?”, Sana said.

“He won’t scold us if you keep this a secret.”, Momo said.

“Okay okay!”, Sana chuckled.

While the two are chatting nonstop, the other one is only busy playing games on her phone. She is Mina, the youngest and she always likes playing games.

“Do you believe in monsters?”, Sana suddenly asked.

“You mean monsters that are under your bed?”, Mina teased.

“Nooo! There’s no monsters! Daddy said it last time.”, Sana pouted.

“I’m hungry!”, Momo suddenly said and the other two seconded Momo.

“Should we?”, Mina naughtily said.

“I’ll go get it. You two should be quiet, okay?”, Sana said then laid down at the floor and reached her arms at the snacks under the bed.

“Did you really put it in here, Momo?”, Sana asked after minutes of looking under the bed.

“I did! Why? There wasn't there? Mina, did you eat it?”, Momo asked.

“Why would I? Maybe it was you! Why are you accusing me?”, Mina said then ended the game she was playing.

“Oh here it is!”, Sana shouted.

“Shh...Daddy will hear us.”, Mina said.

Sana pulled her arms out of the darkness of the bed. She stared at what she’s holding and after a few seconds of silence, her scream filled all four corners of the room.

“It’s blood…”, Sana muttered between her breaths before her sight went black.

“I won! I told you, I am the prettiest!”, Nayeon shouted.

“Whatever. Let’s play hide and seek. Since you are the first one to arrive, you’ll seek! See [ci]ya’!”, Jeongyeon laughed at Nayeon’s expression then hid with Jihyo in the woods.

“Eight!”

“Seven!”

“Six!”

Jeongyeon and Jihyo held hands together, shaking with fear from the man in front of them holding a knife and a rope.

“Five!”

“Four!

“Three!”

Nayeon felt someone’s palm at her shoulders. She chuckled lightly.

“Jeongyeon-ah, I’ll win if you keep on doing tha--”

“It has been 10 years already, we can just move on and stop the case.”

“What if they’re alive?! Are you just going to forget them? How could you?!”, a mother shouted.

“They are dead! 10 painful years and you are still hoping that they are still alive? They are dead!”, another mother shouted.

“From now on, you will do what I say or I will behead you all, okay? Now can you see this picture? Kill them for me, okay?”, a man said.

The three girls only nodded in fear and held their hands together. This went on for over 10 years until their hands were full of blood. Blood of the victims in order for them to live. They tried to kill themselves but it failed many times, with a knife or with pills, the man crazily healed them with his own experiments.

What does he do with the victims, you say? He uses the blood that the girls collected in order to do his research. At that time, he married a Japanese girl with a different face of his. His wife didn’t know that he was a serial killer until she caught him in his laboratory at the mountains and was eventually killed by his own husband.

Now that the kidnapped girls are 20, their eyes are full of hatred and agony. They planned on escaping and revealing the man’s identity but he found that out. He beheaded them one by one and hid their body under a bed at his own house.

“I-It’s blood..”, Sana uttered while opening her eyes slowly.

Her sight became clearer and the sight at the bed flooded her eyes with tears.

There she saw her sisters’ body and their head being carried by the...monsters under their bed. Just a few seconds later, she felt a sharp blade at her neck. Blood continuously poured out from the poor dead girl’s neck.

“Aish. These brats are still up…”, a man said slowly opening the bedroom door only to find blood and bodies.

“You are paid...see you in hell…”
