Jeff Gordon is my all-time favorite drivers in Nascar who is main person who I have idolized to while bringing my interest into nascar when I first watched it but today I'm going to talk about my favorite Jeff Gordon win of all-time that happened in fall of 2013 at historic paperclip.

                 Beginning/Good Times

My fandom for Jeff Gordon started in 2006 and rapidly grew by each ing year as I focused on his Flamed 24 Dupont Chevy were fun to see him in victory lane when he won any race during the beginning of my nascar tenured which ultimately helped me become full on Jeff Gordon fan while forever winning me over as fan of Nascar for life. While Jeff Gordon was contender to win on any race weekend it was still major bummer when Jeff was unable to be in contention for championship or suffering through winless streak that lasted entire season but it didn't stop me from ing him as he was great driver who was still racing at competitive level despise having that hiccup in way.

             The Beginning of Rough Time

I was massively hyped for 2012 season as Jeff Gordon had strong 2011 season and my expectations for him where sky high for 24 team but instead bad luck would strike Jeff Gordon which sat him 24th in points after Darlington which hurted for me to watch which I wasn't used to seeing from him. Luckily Jeff Gordon would climb through point standings while winning race shorten Pocono race that gave him opportunity to make playoffs on Wild Card position but his championship hopes ended immediately in 1st race of playoffs then after his elimination Clint Bowyer who was involved in multiple incidents with Jeff would make me lose my mind after he cut down Jeff Gordon's tire in closing laps of race at Phoenix then Jeff would get revenge on him for incident which forever locked Clint Bowyer as my least favorite driver in season that was very disappointing for me.

                      31 Races of Sadness

I was hoping for turnaround in 2013 but things remained the same as Jeff Gordon continued to struggle during entire regular season which was making me consider finding new driver and placed Jeff Gordon in must point in situation heading into regular season finale but after Jeff Gordon missed the playoffs following occurrence of SPINGATE which showed new low for me that I couldn't get over from and wondered if this was the end of my fandom of Jeff Gordon. But following review of incident at Richmond Jeff Gordon was given the controversial 13th spot into playoffs which brought new life into my fandom for Jeff Gordon while giving him another chance to compete for championship and Jeff managed to do decently well enough that quietly placed himself into Championship picture with fellow title contenders Jimmie Johnson,Matt Kenseth and Kevin Harvick.

                         My Favorite Win

October 27, 2013 at Martinsville Speedway was day that I massively cherish as this race provided moment that remains very special as Jeff Gordon started 9th for race and was immediate contender for race win right from start but was in battle with Matt Kenseth and Clint Bowyer for win. With 21 Laps to go Jeff Gordon would Matt Kenseth to takeover the race lead and never looked back as Jeff Gordon would score his 1st win of season while some joy that was missing for 2 seasons and provided burnout that remains as 1 of my favorite celebrations I have ever seen while bringing back new life for me.

                         Following The Win

The win at Martinsville brought new life for my fandom of Jeff Gordon which provided 1 more dominated season from Jeff Gordon in 2014 but didn't end up with championship then 2015 was final year where Jeff Gordon would run full-time which brought emotional rollercoaster throughout the year which provided his final victory at same racetrack he scored my favorite win just 2 seasons ago. Following Jeff's retirement I was losted on who to which lefted me to Jimmie Johnson for 2016 and 2017 seasons which didn't fell the same without Jeff Gordon but 2018 young kid named William Byron would takeover the famous 24 car which helped me gain interest in him but he would raced throwback to Jeff Gordon's rainbow warrior scheme at Darlington that forever solidified him as my new favorite driver.
