First, I decided on the reference I would use to draw Bakugou:

I did a very rough sketch afterwards with pencil. It looks heavily rough, but that's okay since it's not digital yet:

Then, I started working on my laptop, drawing the outline of the sketch:

The base colours were next, I used the eyedrop effect to gather the palette and shading:

I also put a plain red background (the colour of his eyes) and a white outline:

Next is the shading and highlights. The 'add' effect is my favorite for lighting. And to top it off, the background is a mixture of random brushes like the splatter-paint and oil pastel:
