i personally think he has healed with his dad throughout the seasons, but with dabi is another story.

shoto tries his best to see that there’s still good in him, but it’s physically impossible to come to, when dabi hasn’t been there through most of his life. he can reflect on the good memories as much as he can reflect on the bad ones, but the bad ones bring more feelings to the table. dabi will be shotos brother by blood, but not by choice.

i believe he has healed from his trauma but will hold a gut-feeling in his stomach about his brother forever. kind of like a run-on sentence or thought.

That's really hars to think about. If I have to guess, I think yes but at the same time no. I think he can heal from the trauma that has happened to him and around him. He can also live with it and move on with his life to get the better use for himself to another path for himself of healing but never forgetting his own scars.

I would have to say yes but no at the same time. You never forget what happened to you due to trauma. But he has healed in other ways to gain more independence since there wasn't really real connection with him and them. But, he can learn to live with it without it weighing down on him and accept his new life.

I don’t think someone truly heals from trauma but we do learn to live with it. He may have just accepted and learned to live with it 🫤🤷
