                           develops immensely in her skills

                          with the help of her upperclass

                          students and teacher, Ms Jokes

                           Ten heroes in Japan and soon

                          apologizing for not standing up

                           for him back in Junior High.

                          artist thought it looked like that

First, I needed to find a background character so I literally just watched the very first episode and looked for any character with an appearance or quirk that caught my eye and would be pleasing for me to draw. I found this cute water-bender at the back of Midoriya and Bakugou's class in their previous school:

I then decided to sketch an idea of what her quirk and hero costume would look like in action:

And outlined it in black:

The base colours came next. A colour palette was made from eyedropping the hair, skin and water colour from the original onto the frame. A darker background with white lining was added for a more aesthestic effect:

Next came shading and highlights, with a separate layer allocated to water with the oil paint brush:

Last, but not least, the background, with a foam-like effect (dodge layer was added for a brighter highlight):

Thus, the character design is complete!
