Heya Eli here again with a new post.

So this post is something that spiked my interest a bit. This post is going to be about Judgement. Society. Labels. And maybe even how to deal with it.

Judgement is something everyone deals with. Whether we're judging others or if we're being judged. Judgement is something people say is a natural human instinct. But it isn't. I personally believe we judge because of society. Growing up we're taught people can't be a certain way. People can't look or act a certain way. Even people can't have certain labels.

Growing up I was always judged and bullied for being different. If you are someone who judges others. Stop it. We are all made up of all the same stuff. We are all human here. There is a reason as to why we are who we are. Past experiences. The way we grew up. Jealousy can be a factor of judgement. As we can be jealous of someone's looks or confidence. Whatever it may be. You can take that jealousy and turn it into positivity.

Compliment them. Tell them they're beautiful. Tell them you ire their confidence. Whatever it may be. You don't know what people go through. People could be having an awful time lately. Brighten up their day. Spread positivity. It's important to make sure that people know that they're loved.

We all hate to be judged. People fear everyday of being judged. What they look like. And how they act. I'm sure you do too. Instead of trying to impress people. Why don't we stop judging others and start spreading love

In a society like ours today. Our labels define us. Whether we identify as gay or straight. Cis or trans. Or queer. Whatever label we use. People react by judging you the instant you go along with that label. Makes me question. What if we didn't use labels? Would people get upset due to us not letting them know our identity.

Imagine living in a society of people going by they/them and had the choice of liking whoever. And everyone had a gender neutral name? Or if all names were gender neutral? Wouldn't that be cool? Then when they got the choice of knowing who they were they got to choose their pronouns and name and who they liked. It would be a decision of the person.

Society changes so much. And that's how we judge. For example. In Today's society it's still "wrong to be gay" apparently. Even though it's not. People fear to be themselves. And because of society. People try their hardest to hide their true selves trying to fit in. It's okay to not have labels. It's okay to be different. It's okay to be you.

There are many ways to deal with Judgement. There are positive ways of course. First I'll be talking about receiving judgement. When receiving judgement you can easily walk away and ignore them. But you can write down what they said and write the opposite down. If it's negative write it in a positive way. For example someone could judge you for your looks and you could write down what you like best about your looks.

Compliment yourself. Love yourself. Instead of letting others judgement get to you. Realize that you're stronger than their words. That they don't see you for who you are. Everyone is different. And something else you could do is. If they say something mean about you. You could ask them why they treat people like that. Or even compliment them.

If You're the one giving judgement ask yourself why. Why do you bring yourself to judge someone like you do? Why do you? Remind yourself that you and the person You're judging are both human. You can teach yourself not to judge. Some people have grown up believing certain things. Even when I was young I was taught to hate and to be against certain things. And I learned through experiences and personal growth not to judge.

I hope you enjoyed this post! Be sure to be kind to yourself. Love yourself. Compliment yourself and others. Spread positivity. Don't judge others. Everyone has their own battles to fight. Instead of bringing each other down. Help pick each other up. Everyone deserves positivity. Even you. Life can be rough. Take care of yourself. Stay safe! Eli out! :two_hearts:
