I'm not a perfect person I have flaws just as anyone else i take thing to serious I'm a very bipolar person my moods are very interesting lets say that I love to help people any chance I get. I'm very unselfish person people on amino do consider me the therapist of this amino they enjoy my company. I LOVE ANIME!!!

What can I offer to this community I can offer more than most think and one big thing for being a curator that is perfetionalism I know this community expects this from the staff and I will tell you this I am capable of being professional I am apart of the feature team and any questions ask from the community I answer in the most professional way possible. Besides all that I am a very respected member of amino I keep the peace and inforce guidelines for the safety of the community. This is my favorite place to be when I'm done with school the first thing I do is hop on amino.

•Do you have any prior Leader/Curator experience? -

I did make it once already into curator position but my schedule would not allow me to carry on but ive cleared it up and ready for the commitment of being curator I'm also leader of one other community. So yes the question asked I do have expireance and am capable of the work needed to be done.

•Have you ever broken a guideline in any community?

yes my very first time on this community I broke the three sentence rule and also a second time it was with that promote feature and I did not know how to use it and got a warning.

My personality is very bubbly in a way that I'm very jumpy and happy i do have problems in my life but everyone does but that will not hold me back from living my best life I'm selfless responsible and caring I will never be a carefree person I lobe helping others I know I mentioned it before but I'm dead set on that I love caring and helping others.

1•You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. 1 is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?

My first course of action would be to make sure there is another curator if not I would have to hide the feed spammers profile and pm them why then remove the chat spammer from all chats and pm them why. And link them guidlines and where it says "This app is for everyone. Do not overwhelm the feed or public chat rooms with redundant content." And also show the person the guideline that strictly prohibits inapropriate content. Then report the incedent to leader. This is what I would do if this scenario was ever to happen.

2•You have disabled a post for being considered spam. They are not happy, and are starting to harass you and call you names. How do you handle the situation?

Well I understand there was a new guideline put in place to the harassment and bullying of staff so i would refer them to the guidelines and then report to a leader with proof of this harassment and bullying towards me.

PM both and let them know the conversation they are having is against guidelines and can possibly make others uncomforable and if continues I will have to remove both occupants from the chats and or remove comments on post.

Take their evidence to a leader and tell the victim to block this person and wait for further instruction from leader.

I would apologize to the leader and let them know I wont take part in the argument no longer for the reason of us being remodels of the amino and should not continue the debate. And continue my question or concern with another leader.

First ask them if they are ok and calmly let them know it is against guidelines to post this content and if they are feeling this way I would give them the number to the suicide hotline and let them know it can help.
