1. You are the only one online. There has been a small swarm of trolls that have just entered the community. One is spamming the feed and the other spamming chats with innapropriate content. What is your course of action?

At first i will try to remove innapropiate content from the chats. Because Most of the people seem active there. My Second action will be to handle the trolls. As soon as i can I will try to make it all clear.

2. You have disabled a post for being considered spam. They are not happy, and are starting to harass you and call you names. How do you handle the situation?

If they are not happy with my words and start harassing me. At first i Will try my best to explain to them why i take action about their posts. I will calmly try to manage this situation. But still if they are not happy with my words i will tell them to talk with a leader. If they harass me i will talk about it with a leader.

3. You are moderating a chat/post, and you see an altercation between 2 or more . What's your course of action?

This kind of situation always happens. I am a witness of it. In this situation i will tell them not to create any kind of drama publicly. Because other may feel uncomfortable. Also i will suggest that they talk in private and discuss it.

4. A member is asking for your help with a situation in their PMs about someone asking sexual/innapropriate things and or sending them. They have evidence to their claim. What do you do?

At first i will take the proofs and links of the who is asking for it then i will message a leader about it with the evidence. I will try to solve this Problem as soon as possible.

5. What would you do if you had a fight with another curator?

To be honest, I Don't think it will happen. But i can't tell the future If it happens I will be calm & i will not go into any argument. I will calmly try to clear my problems and also i will hear their problems too. Still if we can't reach any conclusion we will try to talk with a leader.

6. What would you do if you had a fight with a leader

Oh my God, I really can't imagine it will happen. But still it happens i will politely try to understand my point. I will not go with any argument with the leader. I will respect his/her opinion whatever they takes. I respect them bottom of my heart.

7. What would you do if a member has been posting about sensitive topics, such as suicide, or depression?

Talking about some topics are allowed to post. So i will make sure that they include a trigger warning on their post. But if someone post about suicide these kind of post are not allowed. I will take action as soon as possible and i will report it to a leader.

8. You get a report a member of staff is abusing their power. How would you approach this situation?

If i see it i will tell them not to do it. Because it's wrong. Then i will talk with a leader with that and leave it to their hand.

9. You see a chat/post with people saying negative things about staff/a certain staff member what do you do?

At first i will remove it from chat and posts. Then i will talk to them personally. I will also suggest that if they have any kind of problem with our staff then they can ask in pm not to make any drama in chat or in post. Also that's not the end i will give it to the leader's hand.

10. You see a curator leaking information to a member. What do you do?

I'll talk to him/her in pm and Ask him/her the reason and tell them to inform the leader if they'll not I'll report and inform the leader immediately..
