Good day Caregays :wave: :full_moon_with_face: Today I come to thee with a new blog all about fatigue specifically Comion Fatigue, since it’s almost the end of the year I would just like to acknowledge the fact that we’ve all been through a lot this year and you did an amazing job this year you’ve learned and experienced a lot and taking a step back away from your stresses and recognizing that you’re tired is the first step to recovering the Comion you’ve exhausted.

Is it bad to feel this way?

~No. Getting tired of caring for others does not mean you’re selfish or you don’t care. It means you’re HUMAN. We all want to help out but sometimes our empathy and comion tank runs low especially if we’re not taking care of ourselves properly. We all need a break.
Think of it as if you were a car. We’d love to go everywhere and travel the distance but we can’t keep doing that unless we replenish our gas and take care of our engine 🤗

WHAT CAN I DO TO REFILL AND TAKE CARE OF MY EMPATHY TANK?

~Set boundaries, you cannot help other people if you don’t practice healthy boundaries for yourself.
~Practice self-care and don’t forget to take care of yourself first. You cannot pour from an empty cup. We are so much more useful to others if we have full capacity to help!
~Focus on more pressing things (aka What matters most to you). There’s a lot going on and most of us feel obligated to help in every way we can. But , it’s okay to have a few things going for you if that means you get to double down on the things that really matters to you.
