Finally! I have found an event I’m interested in!

Anyway- Welcome back to another blog, my darlings!

For being a villain myself, it’s pretty obvious that I’m in love with villains! And when I came across this year’s new Summer Festival Ceremony—or, Brickfest, especially after looking at Week 1, I already knew I had to jump on the bandwagon. Even though I’m still on my hiatus from making original stuff, and might be forced to continue it on because of my lack of new ideas besides a few basic stuff, I’ll let this blog .

Hehehe... Anyway-

If you (if you knew me, of course)... Back in the old days in 2019, I made an entry for an event that happened during that time, which included... this little... weird lion dude, named Wisp:

When I was trying to figure out what I could do to make a new villain, I wanted to see if I had any past ideas to branch off of, so I decided to scroll through my old blogs and came across that blog with Wisp.

Let’s just say I wanted to do something... a little...

The L-Copycat!

~ Primary Accessories: ~

•Two electric bolt-like sword weapons, acts similar to a normal Lightsaber from Star Wars, only that it can set things ablaze when hit or sliced.

And-

•A black, thin cape with the Lyric Empire’s insignia on it. Usually, this is thrown off so the L-Copycat can properly use its copy ability.

~ Design and Parts Used: ~

~ Overall Design: ~

The L-Copycat is mostly black and darkish gray, with some arrays red dots here and there around their torso and legs. Their arms are entirely darkish gray, while the hands are black and have white cuffs ending at the wrist. They have small black shoulder armor, and sometimes bears a black cape. Their head consists of a lion-like mask that’s primarily black and white, with some tints of gray. They seem to have only one eye showing through their mask, which is colored red. Across its forehead is a prominent “L”, representing the insignia of the Lyric Empire.

~ Parts used: ~

Head: A Lion head from Legends of Chima, painted black and white (by me), and a head from Mr. E from Ninjago, which in order to have its eye showing in the lion head, I had to hide its right eye by turning it to the side in the head.

Shoulder Armor: Small Shoulder Armor (not sure what the true name is, besides calling it Mr. E’s shoulder armor since I first got it from that minifigure)

Cape: From a Mandalorian minifigure from the Mandalorian Battle Pack.

Arms and hands: The arms are dark gray, while the hands are black. The white cuffs on their wrists was made from cutting the cuffs off of the handcuff piece.

Torso and Legs: Both from Ultron Prime from the Avengers: Age of Ultron sets.

~ Description and Backstory(?): ~

The L-Copycat is Lyric’s personal mercenary, and servant. They have no identity, gender, or anything else personal, making them along with Lyric and Viperous the most mysterious person or thing known in the Lyric Empire. They have no personality, besides being incredibly loyal to Lyric. Surprisingly, they’re more obedient to him more than Viperous, who often disobeys him on certain orders. They have little to no backstory, besides having a few myths. One of them is that the L-Copycat was a person that was among the four dimensions that the Lyric Empire conquered, that was brainwashed and turned cyborg by Lyric. It’s only a myth, though.

The L-Copycat is often summoned or appointed by Lyric for private or serious missions. Being trained as an elite mercenary, usually they go and hunt down specific people or groups of people. Sometimes in these missions, they’re often partnered with their robot predecessor, the LHB-003.

What makes the L-Copycat unique is its ability to use a type of technology that the empire managed to develop, which is called; Identity Illusion. The way it works is that on its body, there are hidden arrays of cameras and incredibly small, shifting s. They copy the look of their victim, and mimic said victim’s body shape by the shifting s. While this happens, their single red eye shines. It then uses the little cameras to transmit small illusions to the eye, and though often mute most of the time, they can mimic their victim’s voice to aid with casting the illusions. Then, bam! It took said victim’s identity. Usually, the L-Copycat is meant to copy the identity of organics; humans, for example; but they can copy non-organic things, like machines or androids. It’s very similar to the LHB-003’s camouflage gimmick, but instead of blending in with surroundings, the L-Copycat blends in by blending in with people. The only reason why their not classified in the LHB class is because they aren’t classified as a robot, because only one of them exist. Their race or species is entirely unknown.

•Identity Illusion

•Voice Mimicry

~ Minor Abilities: ~

•Small, hook-Like claws:

Attached to their hands are small retractable hook-like claws that can latch onto any wall or object.

•Jump Boost:

On the bottom parts of the L-Copycat’s feet are mini-jet boosters that allow them to launch themselves high into the air.

•Hand Repulsors:

Similar to a superhero like Iron Man, the L-Copycat has small hand repulsors that can be used to launch powerful blasts of energy as a defensive or targeted attack. However, the L-Copycat prefers stealth-like attacks, so these are rarely used in attacks. The repulsors also assist whenever the L-Copycat uses its jump boosters.
