"M'athchomaroon"
Now, literally, this translates to "With respect". This term is usually used as a greeting, though the shorter version is "M'ath" or "M'ach".
(Hello)
Glottal Stop
Some languages will require a "Glottal Stop", which can be frustrating to some and easy for others. To easily pronounce a word with a Glottal Stop, first try to say "Uh-Oh". Notice, after the "Uh", there's this pause. You just pronounced a Glottal Stop, and you're now ready to learn even more difficult languages, such as Hebrew!

Dothraki uses a Spanish rolled "R", sadly I cannot roll my R's and I am uncertain as to what method is most useful to roll R's. The "T", "D", "N" and "L"are dental, so spoken like in the English language, with the tongue touching the back of the front teeth.
Yet, the Dothraki "Q", is guttural. Pronounced deep in the back of the throat? Like the "K", in "sKy".
