So I have a 48 gallon community with just some guppies and some loaches. I was wondering if it would be possible to add 1 or a few female bettas to the tank? The scape is going to be rocks and live plants. For example the picture below. Probably will add more plants than this.

This is the 3rd time I've done this and it seems to work. I run both filters and sponge filters so that helps me to it. First, I set up the tank, add the chemicals, with a new filter. Then I borrow from another tank, the sponge from a sponge filter. I replace it with a clean one, but I leave the old...
