hello everyone! it's been a while since i made a post like this. but here it is! i'm finally going to reapply for the Editors Alliance! before we get started, i'd just like to say goodluck to all fo the other applicants, and thank you to the team for presenting this opportunity! now that that's out of the way, let's begin.

introduction time! my names Karma, and i'm a fifteen year old lesbian who uses she/her pronouns. i am currently in grade 10, which in Canada is freshman year of highschool. my timezone is Mountain Standard Time. a little bit more about me is that i absolutely love cooking, and im currently in the commercial foods program at my school. however its extremely stressful and i wont be taking it again next year. i have also discovered a love for psychology, and plan on completing a psychology major when i go to university. im not sure what more needs to be said here, so we'll leave it at that.

LGBT+ Bakery Challenge

In this challenge, participants have the opportunity to create LGBT+ themed baked goods! they can bake them or create art presenting them.

the post must include images of the final product, recipe, and progress photos. if the participant used a reference, they should include it in their post as well.

I believe that to make a feature worthy post, it must have all of the following criteria:

•Have images

•Be "aesthetic" or soothing for the eyes

•Have a common theme with the content and aesthetic used

•Proper paragraphs, not just a huge chunk of text

•Be at least a paragraph in length

I want to the Editors Alliance because I know that they are an amazing group of people. I want to get back into writing posts, and I want to re the best staff group I've ever been apart of. I have alot of memories with the people I've met on Editors, and I want to make more.

My stats can be found at the bottom on the page. I am aware that they are quite low, but I hope that you will consider me regardless of my low number of minutes. I will dedicate more time to this Amino then I have been recently.

You catch one of your fellow editors plagerising. What do you do?

I would confront them nicely and suggest they change the wording and credit sources. If they continue to plagerise, I will report them immediately, as that's not only against the community guidelines, but illegal.

What will you do if an argument gets heated in the comments section of your post?

I dont like turning off comments, people should be allowed to say what they want. But if an argument is getting heated and ruining the experience for other people, I'll scan the argument for any comments that need to be reported. Then I'll delete the comment string and ask them to stop.

One of the posts you've made is being called offensive. What do you do to rectify the situation?

I'll message the person and ask them to explain how my post is offensive and what I can do to fix it. Once everything is cleared up I'll edit the offensive part.

Someone is trolling the comments section of one of your posts. What do you do?

Seeing as trolls are likely to cause scenario #2 if not dealt with accordingly, I'll just delete their comment. If they continue to troll I'll ask them to stop and if they still continue, I'll report them.

Someone gives you notes on what to do to improve your post, you dont agree. What do you do?

If I didn't agree, I just wouldn't take their advice. There is no use getting into an argument over someone's opinion. I would simply thank them for their constructive criticism then move on.
