Edit: Thank you so much for featuring this ( TДT)
Just want to share my recent artwork, the Todoroki x Hanako crossover. Also, I am gonna show you how I draw from start to finish. It's not a tutorial or guide, just the drawing process step by step that I usually do.
Sorry for the grammatical error, I was still learning English. I hope it's understandable and happy reading~

🖌 References
The references I use: Hanako from Jibaku Shonen Hanako kun and Todoroki from Boku No Hero Academia.

🖌 Initial Sketch
:warning: WARNING: BAD FOR EYE
Here's an initial sketch or rough sketch I draw for this artwork. Please skip this if it hurts your eyes
I usually use pencil graphite to sketch with size 5 or 4 and brown color. Just a rough sketch, I don't make it too detailed.

🖌 Final Sketch
I make a new sketch in a different layer. Also, I add more details and change the brush size to 3, with the same brush.
Using this refined sketch, I'll be able to draw the lineart.

🖌 Lineart
After the final sketch is done, I continue to the next step. I still use the same brush, but with size 2 for the lining.
I add line weight to some parts to make it stand out.

🖌 Base Color
For this step, I use a felt tip pen soft brush.

🖌 Shading 1
I pick a darker color from the base color for shading. I use a clip layer and change the blend mode to Multiply and set the opacity to 50. The brush I use is only dip pen hard.

🖌 Shading 2
Using the same brush, I add more shadows to some parts that need to stand out, to make it more realistic.

🖌 Lighting
I still use the same brush for this step. I make a clip layer again, and pick the lighter color from the base color. We need to make attention to where the lights come from. I set the brush into small or big size for the lighting.

🖌 Finishing
In the final step, I add some effects to the character. It will make the final artwork more realistic and look better. Before that, I usually change lineart color, you can see the differences between before and after I change it, even though it just gives small different
After that, I choose "Add Layer From Canvas", it will duplicate all layers. Then open a new clip layer, change it to Multiply, and set the opacity. I usually pick a light blue or light purple for this shadow effect (?).
Next, for the lighting effect, I add a new clip layer again, change the blend mode to Add, and set the opacity.

Also, I color the background using an airbrush normal with light brown color.
FINISH!!
Here is the final artwork. Please let me know if I missing or need to add something to make it looks better. Any advice is appreciated.
