I used this picture as reference

Brushes I used

#SKETCH I used pencil graphite for sketching. It's optional, but I usually changed sketch color into blue color

#LINEART For lining I still used pencil graphite, 2.0 px.

I set the lineart brush setting, so it kinda look different with brush I used for sketching.

#BASE COLORS Brush : felt tip soft

#SHADE 1 Set layer to multiply for shading. I combined dip pen hard, air brush, and pen fade for blending the colors.

#SHADE2 I did the same way again for second shading

#LIGHTS I usually used add or overlay blend mode for lighting

#COLOR THE LINEART Turn on alpha lock to color the lineart (optional)

Before I change the lineart color

After I colored the lineart

FINISHING Add new layer on top, tap "add new layer from canvas"

Add new layer, turn on clipping, set it to multiply. Pick blue color, or background color.

Add new layer again, clip and set it to Add mode. I give more lights with airbrush.

BACKGROUND AND DETAILS

I just pick random colors for creating a background

Then I set it to gaussian blur
