I am in the Broom Closet so my tools are very subtle. They can be found commonly in my house and nobody is the wiser.

Dragon Wand

Did I say wand? Well... really it is a pen. One thing I love and can’t get enough of is PENS - so if I have a pen out in the open nobody will bat an eyelash. I never had a wand before but when I saw this pen I though wow that would be a gorgeous hidden wand!! I have currently retrieved a stick from a Birch tree that I will turn into a proper wand when I have the time and privacy.

Mini cauldrons

Cauldrons HA - fooled you again these are cast iron tea cups!!! I found this amazing tea set that I absolutely needed in my life and I was not a tea drinker then - I still do not use it often because I brew by the cup. I bought this teapot with 8 cups to use as a decoration in my kitchen. One day my travel altar was not suiting my needs at that exact moment and I needed a temporary altar set up I was rummaging around my kitchen looking for something to use as I burned paper for a spell and there was my tea set collecting dust on my counter. I use fill one with water, one with salt, one with sand that I use as a candle holder or charcoal disc holder - do what I need and clean it up.

Stones/Crystals

I love my stones. My three absolute favourites are Amethyst, Tigers Eye and Malachite. I wear stones daily and change them up depending on my mood, my scheduled plans for the day. My cage has been missing for a few weeks now so they are just in my pocket (I suspect Nargles are behind it🙃). I have an Obsidian and Blue Aragonite on my desk at work to help with stress.

Bathtub

I have always been a water baby as a kid I had three baths a day - now I have less but they are much longer. Being in the broom closet my bathroom is the only place I get privacy (sometimes). This is when I get to meditate, do spells or rituals. I light my candles, grab some crystals, toss in some epsom salts, a few drops of essential oil and and relax. When I can afford to renovate my house I turning my bathroom into a mermaid oasis with gorgeous metallic teals and purples - a girl can dream!

Candles

Not a whole lot I can say about candles. I have a myriad of colours, scents, sizes - you never know what you will need for and when. I love watching the candle flame flicker, grow and shrink. I love the way my house smells when I burn them. Candle magic is so easy and my go to - for candle magic I typically use birthday candles because they do not take a long time to burn out, they are available in so many colours and they fit nicely into my my travel altar.

Well there you have it - the top 5 tools of My Craft. I do want to add an honourable mention to my Travel Altar I absolutely love it.
