My name is Jenny I'm currently in highschool (11th grade). I love to help people anyway I can. I love meeting new people. I am always trying to find the good in situations.

7. Why have you chosen to apply?

I have chose to apply because I love helping people and I feel like I can be a great contributor to the team. I'm a great team player. And I can see that the curators need help and I will gladly help them any way I can and give them my 110%.

8. Do you have previous or current experience as a Curator or Leader?

I do not but I am part of the welcoming Comitee in this amino.

9. Have you had any issues with violating the community guidelines?

Yes it was a time I didn't fully understand how the guidelines and rules work. But now I am fully aware of them.

11. Are you aware of any current issues within the community?

I am aware of catfish/ creeps in this amino along with people using this as a dating app.

12. If yes, how would you, as a Curator, manage these issues?

If I see any conflict between or if I run across anyone that may be either I will keep a close eye. I am very protective and watchful over others and I want to make this a safe and fun environment for everyone. And for the people using this as a dating app, I will politely remind them of the rules and give them a warning.

Scenarios

1. You've disabled a spam blog and the member is being rude and begins to harass you for the rule being dumb. How do you respond?

I will keep calm and say "I'm sorry but rules are rules. They are ment to be followed and not broken. This is what you did wrong........ and this is how to be careful in the future.........."

2. You see two arguing in the comments of a post. What do you do?

I will keep calm and ask the of what's going on and try to keep the situation from going increasing into more chaos.

3. Someone claims that another member is bullying/harassing them in a chat but has no screenshots to prove this accusation. What do you do?

I will keep a close eye on the member to see if the member will do the same thing again. And I will tell the member who doesn't have evidence that it's easier to deal with situations like this with screen shots.

4. Someone has reported to you a person that has made sexual requests of them/sent them inappropriate pictures. What do you do?

I will bring the name to the rest of the staff and see what actions we should take.
