have talking.

for i am starving

for not being left.

i'm hungry

for touch,

for love,

for freedom.

i'm hungry

for you.

but i cannot

have you.

for i am starving

for your acceptance.

all of this hunger,

all of this starvation,

has made me fragile.

i am delicate and brittle.

and i would love

to feast.

but i fail to have

any appetite.
