Each lost tooth is a lost memory

made to be forgotten by time,

so keep them close to one's heart

else lose them all forevermore.

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

Give us a reason why you hide,

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

Where is the place that you call home?

Amidst the night that beckons nought,

You soon appear from who knows where,

And in nigh silence your wings beat

Along the rhythm of the night,

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

What kind of secrets do you keep?

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

Where is the place that you call home?

Beneath each pillow is the prize

That you sought after every time;

Some teeth that came from children's smile,

Awaiting for the coin in place,

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

How does your court fare with your lies?

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

Can you sing to us your court's hymn?

But rumours spread like flames so pale

Of how each tooth holds memories,

Precious treasures brought from one's past—

Now surrendered to the Fae Queen,

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

What secrets hide behind your smile?

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

Can you sing to us your court's hymn?

For teeth are not the things you seek—

'Tis something far grander than that;

And you keep it hostage from us,

The children that you have all tricked,

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

Unveil the secrets that you've kept,

Tooth Fairy, Tooth Fairy,

Bring back to us our memories!
