➤Personality

Mecatle is a cheery young woman who loves to speak with others; more often than not, she'll be engaged in a light conversation with someone. She's very open with her thoughts, so much so that it's a little childish, and is very easy going. There's a strange calmness that falls over her when she's fishing though. She doesn't particularly care too much about who people are; she'll talk to whoever's willing to partake in a discussion, regardless of their past or differences. It isn't that she's ignorant about the deeds of other, rather, she believes that everyone is good deep within and should thusly always be given a chance. While she has a strong and somewhat intense disposition, she is actually a rather indecisive person.

Going completely still while fishing, so much so that erbys think she's a statue.

The scent of crushed herbs, fishing, water, optimism, swimming, visiting the ruins.

Her skin is a tanned golden-brown due to all the time she spends outdoors. It doesn't burn easily.

Mecatle has bright forest-green eyes that she hides behind a pair of goggles that she always wears.

Her long dark brown hair is tied back haphazardly in a loose and messy braid.

5'5" / 119lbs

She's as tall as most of the other females in her city. She's relatively toned due to her running around and hauling up loads of fish to different places every day.

There's a brightness to her voice despite it being of a slightly lower .

She dons a pair of neon green-rimmed ski goggles that she found and grew attached to while searching the ruins. She doesn't care too much about how ridiculous her limited fashion sense looks, so long as it's comfortable and she likes it.

She lives in a small shelter with her mother, father, and younger sister. Her father's side had been fishermen for generations, even before the Third World War; as such, she's always grown up working on the sea. Her mother, Izel, works as a merchant, trading and selling the fish that her husband and eldest daughter bring back. Her younger sister took after their mother, learning about business as opposed to fishing. Because of all this, her family's home is hardly ever occupied. No one really cares too much about its emptiness though.

The mother of Mecatle. She's 33 years old and works as a trader/sales person for her family's fishing business.

➤Christopher Trent

The father of Mecatle. He's 36 years old and also fishes. Recently, he's begun working on constructing a large fishing boat with some other fishermen and is home less often now.

➤Nelli Trent

Mecatle's 12 year old sister. She finds her older sister's obliviousness annoying and hates it when she dotes on her. Nelli follows her mother around a lot in an attempt to learn more about the business industry.
