Artemis- Newest Addition to the Family

On the 30th of March, I adopted this beautiful girl and decided to name her Artemis!

Breed: Domestic Shorthair

Colour: Black

Gender: Female (spayed)

Age: 4.5 months

The reason why she is already neutered is because she was a stray that was then brought into a shelter. Although it is preferred that the operation is done at 6 months if possible, no harm would be done if it’s done at 4 or 5 months of age instead. She’s still on antibiotics from the op, which she will finish today.

Her favourite toy is her soft alpaca, which she uses a pillow (you can see his little head in the photo). She loves food, and she’s a bit of a night owl too! She sleeps for most of the day and then wreaks havoc at night. Overall though she is so sweet and playful, I love her already! I also think she is adjusting so well after me only knowing her and having her for three days!
