🦄Unicorn Horn Tarot Layout :star:

Hello Unifriends! I created this Tarot Spread to connect with my Unicorn Guide, and I thought I’d share it with all of you. I designed this spread to be in the shape of a unicorn horn as I thought that made it fit my intentions better. I chose Tarot over other forms of divination for connecting with my Unicorn Guide because I feel like I can get more information from my Tarot Cards. However, I feel like it would be interesting to do this reading with Oracle Cards or Rune Stones. If anyone of you try this layout out let me know how it goes! Even though I created it for myself, I want each of you to be able to experience connecting this way as well if you want to 🦄 :sparkles:

:sparkles: The Layout🦄

1) The first card is placed vertically at the top. This card is the tip of the horn, and represents your Unicorn Guide.

2) The second card is placed diagonally on top of the first. This card represents a message your Unicorn Guide would like to give you in this moment.

3) The third card is also placed diagonally on top of the previous cards. This card represents what your Unicorn Guide is here to assist you with.

4) The fourth card continues the diagonal pattern as we continue to make the horn. This card represents your magickal energy. Especially the energy your Unicorn Guide helps you channel.

5) The fifth card is also placed diagonally on top of the others. This card represents what your Unicorn Guide wants you to work on.

6) The sixth card is placed in the same manner on top of the fifth. This card represents how you can improve on the issue in card Five.

7) This is the last card that is placed diagonally. It represents what the future will hold if you follow the path set by your Unicorn Guide.

8) The eighth card is the last card, and is placed horizontally at the base of the horn. This card represents what you can do to strengthen your connection with your Unicorn Guide.

My Reading

Because I created this layout, I thought I should share how doing this reading turned out for me! I’m going to share what I got for each card, and the descriptions of those cards from my Tarot Guidebook. This is the first and only time this layout has ever been used! This is also the first tarot layout I have ever created. It was a very special and unique moment for me. I would love for Unifriends to try out my layout and blog about their own experiences. I thought this layout really helped me connect with my Unicorn Guide.

1) The card to represent my Unicorn Guide - Four of Wands

COMPLETION, CELEBRATION

You’ve done it! The Four of Wands is a card of completion. Your labels have been steady and strong, and the harvest will be plentiful. In other words, it’s time to party. There might be an event to mark this occasion... a graduation, wedding, or celebration of some kind. So enjoy yourself and those you love. This is an exciting and prosperous time.

2) The message from my Unicorn Guide - Three of Cups

FRIENDSHIP, JOY, BOUNTY

The Three of Cups is a lovely card. It foresees you in the company of amazing friends, crashing memories together that you’ll forever hold dear. These are not any friends; they are people with whom you feel a rare connection. With them you feel truly “yourself.” Enjoy each minute of their company. This card can also indicate an celebration. Love abounds!

3) What they are here to assist me with - The Star

HOPE, PEACE OF MIND

Standing outside on a dark night, you gaze up at the stars and sense glimmers of wonder and hope. Even though you can’t find concrete answers to life’s many questions up there in the sky, you can’t help but feel comforted and renewed. Such is the energy of the star card. It is not about actions or situations. It’s simply about connecting to the part of you that is hopeful and serene. This force will bring light back into your life and infuse you with positivity. A lovely card.

4) My magickal energy - Two of Swords

BLOCKED VISION, STALEMATE

The Two of Swords depicts two opposing forces that have reached a stalemate. You cannot progress forward with either a relationship or a life decision. There’s an answer that’s being blocked – maybe by choice? Many times this card will indicate you do not wish to face the truth the light will reveal.

5) What my Unicorn Guide wants me to work on - Nine of Pentacles

HAPPY, HEALTHY HOME

Always a welcome card, the Nine of Pentacles is a time to enjoy the many results of your loyalty and hard work. This may be a promotion at work a newfound stability and happiness at home. It’s even possible that you’ll find yourself enjoying the finer things in life, as luxury and refinement oftentimes accompany this card.

6) How I can improve on the issue in card Five - Ten of Cups

RADIATING ENERGY

The Ten of Cups overflows with positivity. Your goals are being realized, and the excitement surrounding you is magnetic to others. You may feel as though light or color radiates outward from you — almost as if you’re shining. Experience sensations like this with an open and joyful heart. Do not doubt this power.

7) What the future will hold if I follow the path set by my Unicorn Guide - Four of Swords

STILLNESS, MENTAL POWER

Though threatening Swords loom above, the lamb sits in stillness without fear. The Four of Swords says it’s time to look inward and find the mental power to cope with the pressures. It’s important to rest. Seek meditation or find literature that focuses on ways to quiet the mind. Take this time to recuperate and move inward before those swords strike.

8) What I can do to strengthen the connection with my Unicorn Guide - Three of Swords

BETRAYAL, HEARTBREAK, TURMOIL

A dark and complex card, the Three of Swords is rarely a welcome sight. It’s wrath nah come in the form of lies, betrayal, cheating, or heartbreak. There will be emotional entanglement and confusion. Do not try to make any decisions while in this state. Wait for your heart and spirit to mend.
