As the title suggests, my top comfort food (I have several) is a Spanish dessert called Flan. This delicious custard topped with caramelized sugar is a staple in many Spanish households but is also enjoyed and saught after by many. With such sweetness and the amount of eggs used, it's no wonder they serve you a slice when in restaurants, purely for the richness of it all. I make this at home and I can assure you there is no one slice rule :joy: :heart:

Flan is so good!
I seriously go into a flan coma once it's done and cooled off. I know once I start I'm putting a massive dent :joy:
