Guten tag Hatchlings.
Today we're here to talk about strengthening bonds with loved ones - something I'm definitely not good at. As I explained in a previous post I have a tendency to seclude myself from everyone.
Moreover, social interactions just aren't my forte. But that's why it's all the more important to maintain the relationships I do have.

So here follows a list of people and other beings and things I can do to strengthen my bonds with each of them:
Family
Mother - Talk to her more, help out with stuff, take more initiative.
Father - Visit him more often, talk to him when I do visit, show gratitude.
Grandmother - Visit her more often, help out with stuff, show gratitude.
Friends
Malin - Meet up more, talk to him more, take more initiative.
Romy - Meet up more, talk to her more, take more initiative.
Johan - Be more interactive in RP, talk about/do other things, show gratitude.
Spiritual
Lilith - Make more often, give offerings, involve her in my work more.
Ana - Talk to her more, do activities together, give something back for once.
Spirit guide [name redacted for safety reasons] - Talk more, figure out about our history, do other activities together.
I also decided I will start by actually doing one of the things I mentioned above. So later tonight I'll play a game of chess with Ana (my tulpa (think Imaginary friend, but real)). She used to love that back in the day, but we rarely spend time together anymore.

And thus we conclude today's exercise. This was a quick one for me to do, but it also gets me to actually take action, which is good.
