Kaiko's #30DaysOfShadow day 1

Hello there little hatchlings.

So, now it's my attempt to this. I'm a little late to the party, but I hope that's not a problem.

Now, I have dabbled in shadowwork before, but it has always been one exercise and then forget about it. So I think a 30 day challenge where I have to do all the parts and can't only cherry pick the fun ones is gonna be good for me, and possibly really transformative.

When I was younger I used to make mandalas with my mother a lot, but that all kind of faded away. This was the first time I did it in years, and it was actually really fun. I started with a seed of life pattern and started expanding from there, and as you might be able to see I'm not the most patient when it comes to colouring (though I am pretty patient in general).

The colours I just picked what spoke to me.

☆Purple is my favourite colour, so it was obvious it would be there.

☆Pink and blue are also colours I just like to use in general. Though what's fun is, in a roleplay another character described my character as having a pink and blue aura. And though it is just a game, and by no means a legitimate reading, this character IS an important part of me. It's what I've used to be "myself" when I couldn't in real life.

☆Grey I simply picked because I thought it would match well with purple and blue.

☆I honestly don't know where the green comes from, it just felt right to use it.

☆Yellow is a colour I usually reject. Maybe that's why it's only used once, but as soon as I drew.

For this challenge I made a Shadow Journal to use to write everything down. This time I will just show you exactly what I wrote, but maybe in the future some of it will be too personal to do that. Maybe not, who knows.
