𖣐This is a post of the Tattoos and Magick challenge! Symbols, sigils, and runes can have a lot of magickal power. But did you know you can get them tattooed on you as a way to use them? This can be done temporarily by drawing them on your skin or by going to a professional and getting it permanently tattooed on. In this challenge we'll be covering that!𖣐

:art: The Challenge :art:

𖣐For this challenge today, we will be coming up with our own magickal tattoo! This can range from sigils, runes and symbols, to deities, guides, guardians, spirit animals, and more. Is there already a design you've been mulling around in your head? If so, what inspired that tattoo idea? Go ahead and share why you want that tattoo and what it means to you.𖣐

𖣐If not, that's totally okay! Is there something important to you in your craft? Or something that defines your craft personally? These are just some inspirations to get the ideas flowing! Colors can even play a huge part in intention for what the tattoo will do, as each color means something different.𖣐

🧿 Visualising the Tattoo 🧿

𖣐For this exercise, you'll need a pen or pencil, colored pens, markers, or crayons, and something to draw your design on.𖣐

𖣐Find yourself in a comfortable, quiet space. Sit or lay in a comfortable position and begin to ground yourself. Take as much time as you need to get into your zone!𖣐

𖣐Once you've entered a meditative state, start to let your mind wander. Take note of any colors, shapes, and designs you see in your mind's eye while in this state. If anything really sticks out, feel free to jot or draw it down as it comes to you. Continue doing this until you feel satisfied with the ideas you've managed to come up with.𖣐

𖣐Once you feel satisfied with the ideas you've gathered, you can come back from your meditative state. What all did you write down or draw? Take some time to look everything over, you can always go back and visualize more possibilities! From here you can start putting more concrete ideas together for tattoo designs.𖣐
