We would like to welcome you to our [Guidelines]. Here are simple rules and regulations you must read and follow to avoid unnecessary troubles. Not all communities have same guidelines so you must read everything thoroughly and carefully.

(1) PUNISHMENTS
:part_alternation_mark: Warning :part_alternation_mark:
This is the simplest punishment when you have done small things wrong by breaking rules in YAIFA. Once you exceed 2 warnings, it may lead your profile to be hidden for multiple days.
:part_alternation_mark: Profile Hidden :part_alternation_mark:
When your profile is hidden, others will not be able to find your profile in this community. However, you can still make posts or chat with other s.
Once you violate guidelines after receiving 2 warnings, your profile will be hidden for 7 days. You may also receive more penalties depending on your behaviour / severity of your actions.
:part_alternation_mark: Strike :part_alternation_mark:
Receiving a strike means that you CANNOT chat with other s nor make posts. It essentially puts you in read-only mode for a varied period of time.
Strike hours
1hr < 3hrs < 6hrs < 12hrs < 24hrs
Once you exceed 3 Strikes, you will be automatically banned from this community.
:part_alternation_mark: Ban :part_alternation_mark:
A ban is the worst punishment you can receive and is only done under extreme or repeated offences. You will not be able to enter this community again unless one of the leaders unban you by filling up the Ban Appeal Form.
:part_alternation_mark: Blacklist :part_alternation_mark:
The blacklist is for people who have broken rules or caused trouble again after being unbanned. Once they are blacklisted, their Ban Appeal Form will NOT be reviewed. If they create another to enter, they will be banned again once they are found and reported.

You must stay on topic whenever you create and post your contents. All posts must therefore be art related. Anything to do with creations (with minor inspiration being acceptable) are considered to be art. Meaning that Literature or Sculpturing can also be considered as an Art. However, the s will be strict on whether they should consider certain posts as related or not. However, please do note that many things are discussed amongst the staff to prevent bias with this.
DO NOT plagiarize nor steal anything. Once you are found for plagiarism or art theft, your profile and art post will be hidden and further actions may be taken.
Kindly please post contents within pg-13. There must be NO 18+ contents. If you have Gore / sensitive topics like mental illness on your post, please put a Cover image that shows a Warning sign for some people who are uncomfortable to see such sensitive content.
Posts that contain flashy images / anything that can create epilepsy will be disabled without any notice. Please be mindful of posting such content.

Public Chats are NOT to be created without agent’s permission. This will be temporary. All chats can have any topic but they must have at least 5 rules on your public chatroom.
Maximum number of public chatroom is until 8 for now. This is to prevent any inactive chatrooms to occur. The limitation will be removed soon once we have good amount of .

(2) MENTAL ILLNESS
If you have any mental illness, please visit a doctor for you to get proper treatment and do not seek therapy from any here. Amino is not a proper place for you to do such a thing since most people in here are not professionals for such issues, and are also not obligated to help. We can’t take responsibility for anything related to this because of these reasons.
Furthermore, mental illness wont excuse s from breaking rules and, due to this, it will be labelled attention seeking and dealt with accordingly.

(3) BEHAVIOUR
Kindly respect each other and everyone as a person. We all are here to enjoy and share fun. Avoid racial slurs, foul words or any inappropriate words that can lead to miscommunication.
Cyber bullying / Harassment / Racial Slurs / Witch Hunting will lead you to get an IMMEDIATE 24hrs STRIKE with 30 days Profile Hidden. Additional penalty may be given depending on the severity of your action.
DO NOT call out anyone on your post in public for bad purpose. For example, “I hate (’s name) because he/she’s been bad to me...etc.”. If you have any problems with a certain , please one of the s. They always are willing to offer you help.
DO NOT attempt to seek out somebody’s personal information such as their phone full name, phone number and home address. In addition to this, harassment is also not tolerated and should be reported immediately

(4) SPAMMING & CHAINMAIL
Spamming is ing the same content or sending the same message indiscriminately on the internet. Once you spam, your profile will be immediately hidden, as well as your posts. This can be any form of post as well so things like polls will not be exempt.
Chainmail contains false information for scaring or intimidating people. Its purpose is to coerce the recipient to spread the text message to other unwilling recipients. ALL chainmails will be deleted by the s, and the person who spread it will have their profile to be immediately hidden.

(5) ADVERTISING
You are only allowed to once you get permission from the agent leader. Once you are confirmed by the agent, you will be invited to the official advertising public chatroom for ments. We strictly prohibit advertising via posts, wikis, nor private messages.
You can freely put external social media links on your profile. However, if you are found advertising through post or wiki, you will be Striked for 24hrs. If you are found advertising through PM, you will be banned immediately without any warnings.
Once there are enough , this rule will soon be removed. Please the community and bring your friends in here.
