I have had this book for a while now and I love it with all my heart. I think out of all the books I have My neighbor Totoro has the most beautiful cover. I when I first got it, I was besides myself with happiness with the thought that my all time favorite movie is also a book that I can cherish too.
So if you get the chance I would go and buy this book because it sticks to the movie and it also has the sweetest illustrations.

So i went to the Japanese supermarket by my house called Mitsuwa and saw this book. It was smaller than i expected and was around $17. How much did you pay for yours if you don't mind me asking
