𝙳𝚊𝚢 9. 𝙶𝚑𝚒𝚋𝚕𝚒 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚐𝚎

Day 9. Favourite bad guy and why?

I'm just going to say Fujimoto even tho he's not the most "iconic" Ghibli bad guys. I mean I guess atleast he's look is iconic, but I wouldn't say he's usually the top choice for people when it comes to villains.

I like how Fujimoto is a very human character. He's not an evil character and I think he just wanted the best for Ponyo, but didn't really know what was the way to go. He is the bad guy in Ponyo, but he still seems like a caring guy with a good heart. I mean he was also able to make Granmammare fall in love with him so he can't be that bad.

This next thing doesn't really make Fujimoto better than other antagonists, but he has a nice color palette (like Ponyo in general) and he's clothes make look fashionable which I love. It's fun to see a "villain" with more bright colors.
