hey everyone,

so my challenge is to exercise every day

and this is my first check-in.

i decided to try out some fun dance workouts on youtube but i had to realize i have such bad coordination lol! sooner or later after the easier warm ups i usually end up awkwardly “improvising” while desperately trying to keep up with all the moves that are way too fast for me (even if they’re for beginners allegedly).

the workout i like the most so far is this 15-minute bounce-back cardio dance workout by popsugar. it’s neither hardcore nor complicated so it won’t make you feel like you’re dying or wasting your time. i’m a bit out of shape and this was great to get me going. i did it several days.

i got sick and had to miss a few days though.

i’ll continue when i’m better.

You seem to have made good progress, that's amazing. And as a dancer I personally know when you've done a dance over and over it sticks to your muscles and you it. And if you're looking for some intense regular workouts later on I really recommend Chloe Ting's videos they always leave me sweating and feeling great later on
