What habit will I be giving up or starting?
fitness challenge -
i am going to exercise every day.

Why did I choose these habits?
exercise has so many benefits. i have normal skin but if i don’t work out regularly it shows (i have to exfoliate more often, my face is puffier etc.) i’ve been working on getting back into shape and for lent i’m going to try to work out more. nothing too drastic, i just want to do some sort of physical exercise every day.

How am I going to keep up with my habit(s)?
i use the endomondo app to track my workouts. i’ll share with you what kind of workout i’m doing.

i’m going to do weekly check-ins
