§entering the room

In a long dark room

alone

Sitting with only my pen and notebook

Suddenly a feeling of similarity and longing

Hit and it hit hardly

Looking through the window

Black rose!

What is in your mind?

Why are you standing outside?

Staring at her gray eyes

No feelings nor an empathy

Only silent filled the room

And i can't understand

Understand this feeling or thought, in my mind

I will return to writing again§

Sorry guys hahaha i had a pharma exam yesterday and couldn't send the post

LETS STARTTT

Chapter(3):- the oral cavity part (2)

~intracellularly~

“I WANT EVERY ELECTROLYTE TO BE OUT FROM THIS CELL RIGHT NOW”, the newly released Ca shouted at every peaceful electrolyte in the intracellular space, disrupting its homeostatical state.

“Huh? And what can you do to shoo us away?”, the first ion that went up to face Ca was K

“By my electrochemical gradient of course” the calcium ion refuted

But the chloride ion moked, “ the calcium stored in the ER won’t even create enough electrochemical gradient to shoo itself”, herring this every other electrolyte laughed on the calcium ion’s bold statement .

But the composition of Ca suddenly turned from the angry ion into a cold calm one with a scary smirk on his face, “SOCE”

Pronouncing those letters slowly while more stored calcium begun to be released, all the electrolytes fell into depression.

The words that the Ca ion stated where stored-operated Ca entry, it means that the stored Ca ions will facilitate the entry of extracellular Ca ions by activating the special transporting protein stored-operated Ca channels (SOCs)

“Ar-are you kiddddinggggg!!!??” The potassium ion lost all of its composition after hearing the calcium ion, “this will distribute hemostasis! Are you intending on killing us all!!??”

Looking coldly into the eyes of the potassium ion, the calcium stated, “yes if you do not GTFO right now”

Angrly the potassium ion and its compartpart the chloride ion flow out from the cell through transmembrane protein due to the electrochemical gradient created by the accumliating of the stored Ca ions and the newly entered exctracellular ions.

that chart about the components of the intracellular fluid? You know that the potassium concentration in the cell is high and should be maintained to maintain hemostasis.

To do that the cell will pay its energy currency ATP to get rid from its sodium and and accuer more potassium by the Na/k-dependant atpase protein

But the Ca will shoo away the new potassium ion secreting them into the lumen again, this only creates a lower concentration of Na ions

And even though the concentration of Cl is low in the cell it still need to be maintained.

This activates the cotransporter Na-K-Cl cotransporter (NKCC) to make Na, K and Cl ions to enter the cell again

Sigh, but the cycle continues; Ca ions get rids from them all

Now that the Cl ion concentration is high in the lumen of the duct Na due to its concentration starts to travel through the tight junction to the lumen directly

Seeing the rabid change in the cell and most importantly the high concentration of NaCl in the lumen, the water molecules went up to the Ca ions and stated firmly, “if you don’t stop right now we shall leave with the electolets”

But it without even looking at them said, “yeah, yeah and there is your door, it is named AQP5”

The finally result from all of this is the secretion of electrolytes enzymes & water molecules into the lumen of the gland

Now this is what we call the initial saliva that will still be edditied again by the duct system, “we as the duct system ask where are you all going?”

The electrolyte answerd quietly, “to be secreted into the oral cavity”

“Hahaha, before you go all Na ions should be substituted by H ions”, in a highty maner the duct system stated

“Oh! One more thing” looking down at the electrolytes it stated again, “all H ions should be substituted by K ions & all Cl ions shall be substituted by HCO3 ions”

Doing this resulted in a less concentration of NaCl in the lumen, though this would result in the taking up of water molecules the duct system is impermeable to water.

This results in a hypotonic salivary solution cuz of the huge amount of water secreted by the ancius of the gland and the amount of solute reabsorbed by the duct system cells.

~{a message from the brain}~

The parotid gland trembled in fear, thinking to herself, ‘ looks like the time has begun’

As always this message was delivered by the ninth nerve as for the sub duo (the submandibular and sublingual glands) their message was delivered by the seventh facial nerve.

“As what everyone knows, the three major glands has a unique type of secretion”, the messenger continued, “ they contain a-amylase enzyme, the lingual lipase enzyme, and the lysozyme enzyme”

Stopping to take a breath of air, “not to mention our main lubricant the mucin glycoprotein and the secondary actors of this arc our electrolyte”

This is the final stop, the silent before the storm, “ all myoepithelial cells that are found in the stensen’s duct (partoid’s), wharton’s (submandibular’s) & rivinus’ duct (sublingual’s) shall be ready”

“1 … 2 … 3 SECRET” the war has begun
