I've been a curator in the past and it was quite fun to interact and help . I wish to also bring back some of the stuff I enjoyed such as events. And since I have a lot of time on my hands I don't mind being in charge of them! Im eager to be of help!

Well I believe I try to have a great rapport with I meet in the longue room! I spend most of my my time there when Im online! So I do believe Im a familiar face! I enjoy listening to the and help if the need arises.

Ive also created a some of helpful blogs I've made! For example: The alternatives for dom and sub and alternatives for art. I have many more in the works! Such as: How to write a compelling character

I also plan to bring back more events/Challenges for the community! I have a handful of ideads!

I do have my fair share of weaknesses too. I do believe my anxiety tends to make me doubt my competences along with sometimes rushing to a decision. I sometimes also do not set the best example sometimes. But Im striving to work on these things!

I'm usually online much more but due to packing boxes. Bsing online wasn't as much as a priority! But I have much more time as seen here. I also tens to look at notifications as soon as they arrive!

My method is to hide anything that would be innapropriate or goes against guidelines. If it's a post I would comment under it what is innapropriate. If I'm not sure it goes against rules I can always ask the opinion of other staff member.

A post that is worth featuring in my opinion is: Something made with effort, care and thought put into it. It may also be something that could peak the interests of our . For example art, poems and posts for Group chat roleplay!

~✦Before taking an uncertain action, what would you do?

I would always ask the perspective of other fellow staff on the matter. It's always helpful to have more perspectives and eyes on the situation. Then I would ask what course of action we should take

If nobody is online tho I will try to the best of my abilities to use ny judgement on the matter. And take a temporary action while I wait for others.

~✦How well do you think you can handle drama? If the situation was starting to overwhelm you what would you do?

I do believe I can handle drama properly without any biases if said drama doesn't involve me. I try to stay impartial and get everybody's side of the story and collect any evidence that one may present.

If the drama does involve me I will be honest that I can get extremely anxious and tend to be impulsive or overwhelm. But I know to ask trusted friends to help me get a clearer view and look at the broader picture!

If I ever get overwhelmed or anxious I prefer leaving it in the hands other staff member. Who will probably be more level headed than me! I will wait for them to put their input. Until I get calmer of course.

Well I was curator here a year or two ago! I retired willingly and such due to other events in my life that took priority!

Bans and Strikes explained in other communities

I do have a strike by TA as I accidentally clicked and sent a rather innapropriate meme to one of my irl friends! As for bans, mutes and warnings in other communities. Well some staff had abused their powers. I can go into further details in pms as I'm not comfortable talking about it in public ^^"
