Moonlight, my pronouns are she/her.

2. What country or continent are you from?

I’m from the United States.

3. What is your native language? How many do you speak?

I speak English.

4. What is your relationship to poetry? Why did you start reading or writing?

I started writing to express myself in a way that was easy for me to understand. I started reading and writing to gain perspective and knowledge.

5. Are there any other specific art forms that you’re interested in (Prose, visual art, interpretive dance, etc.)?

Traditional drawing is one of my favorites.

6. What made you decide to this community?

I wanted to read everyone’s poetry and make some friends.

7. Do you have a favourite book? Movie? TV show?

My favorite book is

Great Goddesses by Nikita Gill, Avatar and Avatar Way of the Water.

8. Who is your favourite poet and why do you like them so much?

Edgar Allen Poe because his poems are always interesting.

9. What is your favourite season? What’s your favourite thing about it?

Fall is my favorite season, you can be cozy indoors.

10. What is your favourite genre and style of poetry?

I like free verse simply because it gives me more freedom to use the words I want to.

11. Is there a type of poetry you’d like to learn to write?

Acrostic or an ode

12. Have you ever published your poetry or any other work?

So far I haven’t but I hope to one day.

13. What is your favourite poem? What’s so special about it?

Wolf and Woman by Nikita Gill, it is special because it talks about being yourself and not apologizing for it.

14. What is your favourite animal?

I would have to say a wolf or a raven.

15. If you could meet one poet or author (dead or alive), who would it be and why?

Nikita Gill because she has inspired me to be myself no matter what.

I hope to be published eventually but for now it’s for entertainment.

I draw occasionally.

19. What are you most excited to do in this community (Meeting friends, poetry challenges, etc.)?

I want to meet new people and learn how they interact with the world through poetry.
