Heed the warnings for it is approaching

Every minute it's dreadful claws expanding

An impending fate that promises agony

Devouring every last bit of your sanity

A terrible pain unlike any other

Crushing, throbbing, pounding altogether

Helpless you'll feel, until it fades away

Enjoy your peace, for it will strike back another day
