This is the setup I have for my Syrian hamster!
I've never done a natural theme before so if there is anything I can improve please do let me know!
I tried to make sure there were a lot of different substrates for her to explore. I also buried some different hides and logs in the bedding for burrowing.
Substrate used:
Kaytee & carefresh paper bedding
Aspen wood shavings
Reptile sand
Reptile eco dirt
Orchardgrass hay (in paper bedding for better burrowing)
Led lights are on the outside of the cage for extra lighting!
