Is talent important? LTF # 45

Today we will start off with something more serious, but also significant. We have another wonderful part of Let’s Talk Friday series! If you do not know what it is, I am ready to explain. Basically, it’s a series in which every Friday, the LTF team talks about important topics regarding Twice, K-Pop or something in general. Today it is about talent and whether it is important in K-Pop or not. As always, Kat has brought a solid blog with wide vocabulary and really good structure. There are 8 parts which are: 1) Is talent important, 2) What is an idol, 3) Entertainment companies, 4) There is talent, 5) Twice [a) Tzuyu, b) Dahyun, c) Sana], 6) Idols rejected by JYP, 7) Positives and 8) Conclusion. You can clearly see that there are many topics covered; thus, it’s a pretty lengthy discussion. While long blogs can get pretty messy and monotone, Kat has done excellent job in keeping the analysis going and backing up her points with strong evidences. She explains everything in detail, so it’s more understandable and links back with each other. Also, the formatting and layout is really clean and aesthetic! It’s a great blog that is about something that is important, but also very controversial in K-Pop industry; therefore, make sure to read it.

My favorite TWICE songs

This blog is way more light-hearted and easier than the previous one as it is about author’s favourite title tracks from TWICE. There are many posts like that on TA, but they are usually really short and underdeveloped. However, this one is more descriptive, and it has a clear justification of each choice. It is important to explain why the particular song is high in your ranking, for example: how does it make you feel or how does the lyrics affect you. The author here did a great job in doing that. The vocabulary range is wider than usual and there are no grammar or interpunctuation mistakes, so good job! The only issue is that it might be a bit messy because of the lack of any dividers. There is bold, centered text, but comparing to the pictures it is almost unnoticeable. It is not a huge deal, but it makes the whole reading experience a bit better. Nevertheless, it is a good and solid blog, so make sure to check it out!

So, basically, if you guys want to see some high quality and extremely aesthetics edits l, you must check out this blog. First of all, I must appreciate the author's hard work. All of the edits are really detailed and I am sure that this takes a lot of hard work. Among all the edits from the blog, I like Dahyun's one the most. It gave me another special vibe. It's pastel themed and the font that the author used is just amazing!! The second edit that I like the most is Nayeon's one. It's really detailed and the tiny words looks cute in the edit. Overall, this is a masterpiece and you must have a look at the blog!!

If you love to see some manipulation edit which gives you a dark vibe, you should check out this blog. Each part of the edit are really detailed, with detailed hair, eyes and lines. I must appreciate the 'tears' in the edit. It looks real and it bless my eyes. Seeing those tears made me think of Mina's shining tears during the award ceremony. The lines on Mina's hair is so smooth and beautiful. You did a great job and you're an amazing editor. Keep it up!

If you would like to see some manipulation edit that gives you a fresh or blessed vibe, you should check this blog out. The eyes, lip and the blush on Chaeyoung's nose made me saying 'wow'. The edit is absolutely amazing. It's like a new make-up for Chaeyoung. Among all the features from the edit, I like the detailes on Chaeyoung's eyes the most. It's like an angel's eyes. This edit impressed me!! Nice job and keep it up!!

Hey, what's up everyone. Aaron here, back with some more fresh fanfics over the past few weeks. This week, we have 3 fanfics that are worth a read, so feel free to check them out. Anyway, let's get to the reviews.

It’s A Beautiful Night

Today's first fanfic comes from a writer returning from a 4 month absence, and I've really gotta give it to you Venus. The only thing I regret about reading it is not bringing a box of tissues beforehand because next thing I knew tears had fallen onto my keyboard. While the fanfic is a bit long, it is highly worth reading all of it since the structure is absolutely flawless and each video clip ends in a more suspenseful tone than the last. The title, "it's a beautiful night", is used in a cruel and ironic way to depict the true horrors lying Jeongyeon as each day of survival becomes increasingly agonising that it made me feel completely helpless watching it unravel. Initially I thought the lack of capital letters would be bothersome but it turned out to enhance the crude and improvised nature of the story really well. Overall, it's a 10/10 in my books and definitely worth the wait. Well done Venus.

Movie Night

The next entry is a Halloween themed fanfic which showcases Daisy's storytelling brilliantly. At first, it seemed quite uneventful, but then everything suddenly changed when the mysterious girl saw Dahyun and Chaeyoung, albeit in a grim nature. I really liked the length of the oneshot, since it wasn't too long and quite fun to read, as well as the character development, especially of the other girl who remains seemingly innocent the whole time. The ending is a must-read and definitely a spooky twist to rock your Halloween, or just to get you in the spooky spirits. Thank you for scaring me in this thriller, Daisy.

Our final story for this week is a tear jerker and boy was I shocked by it. I honestly did not expect much from it but the amount of emotional power the writing had blew my mind where the sadness really cried onto the page and the ending really puts a smile on your face. I also like how the story is told from an outsider point of view, so it makes you wonder how Minnie and Jeffrey know Twice. I would like to see a few improvements with grammar, but aside from that I can't wait to read the next chapter. Beautifully written.

Question: which western idol would you like to see twice collab with and why?

Answer: I mean it’s Twices choice to collab who they would like to collab with and why they would like them to be apart of a song with them. But my opinion I think they should collab with one of the high girl western idols due to there worth

Question: if the korean line was a sub unit, what concept would you like them to do?

Answer: I honestly like there cute concept but I would also like them to try a bad ass concept or maybe even the concept ITZY has which is bad ass but also cute

Question: if itzy and twice were to have a small collab group, which would you want to be in it and why?

Answer: Since there are only 5 people in ITZY and 9 I think there should only be 2 people from ITZY and 3 people from TWICE so I think Yeji and Yuna but for TWICE I think Nayeon, Momo, and Mina and my reason are because Yeji is a Main Rapper and Vocalist and Yuna is a Rapper as well so 2 rappers and then in Twice there would be Momo which is main vocal, Nayeon which is lead vocals and then Mina which is a sub vocalist so 2 rappers and 3 vocalists

Question: and do you prefer fake and true more or feel special?

Answer: For my personal experience I like fake and true better but it might be because I heard it so much over and over again when I tried learning the dance. Also I like it because fake and true really exposed there talents and they looked AMAZING and beautiful as always!
