Every once in a while I like to find out what believe this community is for. Naturally the description says what it's intended to be, but we sometimes change it slightly based on member . Since we are nearing the end of 2020, I thought this would be a good time to ask for input.

Here's my concept of natural wellness. I believe that all these areas are interdependent and all are required for complete wellness.
┏━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┓
Physical
┗━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┛
This includes pretty much anything to do with the body - exercise, nutrition, and so on. Especially in the area of nutrition, I believe it's best to avoid supplements or products or workouts that claim rapid weight or fat loss, increased strength, etc. and stick with a lifestyle you can sustain indefinitely.
┏━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┓
Emotional/Social
┗━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┛
This includes anything to do with relationships and feelings. Wellness in this category can mean working out your differences in a relationship, caring for your own emotional health, helping a friend work through their feelings in a difficult situation, and many more.
┏━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┓
Mental
┗━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┛
To me, this refers to cognitive functions, such as brain disorders or learning new things. Wellness in this may include learning new skills, practicing increasing memory, and more.
┏━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┓
Spiritual
┗━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┛
I realize not everyone will agree with me on this one, but I believe spiritual wellness is also a part of total wellness. I believe that the spirit is that part of us that is beyond our human understanding, that exists in a real but unseen world. And if we neglect it, our overall wellness will suffer.
If anyone is wondering what my personal beliefs are, I believe in the Creator God of the Bible, and I believe the Bible is true as it is written. (This is why I keep the Bible Sabbath of sunset Friday to sunset Saturday, and am rarely online during that time.) If you're curious you can always DM me, but I won't force anyone to believe as I do, amd I don't judge people who believe differently.

Pretty much agree with everything said , wellness for includes all aspects of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being that is of course a personal journey different for each of us , and I believe acceptance and understanding of others is a part of that :relaxed:
Hope you had a good Christmas, I am looking forward to a better and more fruitful year ahead
I completely agree with your concept :) for me this is the place, where I can find people with similar interests (herbs for example) and where I can go for advice.
