P2NTH3R: To hear of this is heartbreaking. He was one of the greats right up there with Petty and Earnhardt. I'll him and still pull a David Pearson (if you don't know, look up the 1974 Firecracker 400) on video games for him. R.I.P David Pearson, you'll be missed by many
Robloxaric43: One of the best NASCAR drivers to ever live. A sad day for the NASCAR world. RIP David Pearson. Race on in Heaven.
Kim Possible: Very sad to hear this. RIP David Pearson. You will be ed always as "The Silver Fox."
Triscuit: He was one of the greatest of all time. He was one of Petty's chief rivals in the 60s and 70s and the '76 Daytona 500 will forever be played in Daytona 500 hype videos for eternity.
Cba$$: God bless you David. I had fun listening about you from my grand paw. Run Free Silver Fox

If Paul Menard wins this Sunday, there won't be a dry eye across America
Or across the face of a NASCAR fan who isn’t from America.
Condolences to his family and friends, may he rip
This was very unexpected TBH. Kinda like John surtees’s death actually.
Also,is it sad coincidence that both Stan Lee and David Pearson died on the same day.
We’ll miss you both.
