Welcomer Application Results

For all who’ve entered their forms in one of my earlier posts, here are the results! We’ve received twelve responses, subtracting the one ‘funny’ member who thought writing ‘I want to die’ on all of the answer lines was intelligent, and every one of them was good in some way. Therefore, it was hard to choose the two new Welcomers, but at last I’ve managed to take the two that stood out the most! Here you all go!

You’re on during the night for people in the EST time zone which is great because it adds diversity to the team and your responses were excellent! Welcome to the Welcoming team!

I absolutely loved your welcome message because it included a lot for new and it has a cozy look, and I also know you’re kind plus helpful. Good job on becoming a Welcomer!

Congratulations to both of you! When Shock is online she will promote you both to Welcomer and add you to the private chat so you’ll know the extra basics of being one and also so you can communicate with the others. You won’t need to welcome new until then but you may feel free to do so if you wish to.

As said before, choosing two Welcomers was hard so I’m sincerely sorry if you didn’t make it across the line. We’ll most likely have the applications open again when we reach a much higher member count but until then stay tune to the Curator applications that were released after the Welcomer ones. There are only a few days left to that so make sure to put in your form to have a chance at being one!

Here is a final side note. FierceCoffee and ArtZoned, both of you still have a chance at becoming a Curator if you’ve entered applications there as well. But, by the path we’re going on, the results for that might come out a little later since so many people entered. Therefore, you both have a good amount of time to rack up experience if you were to be a finalist.
