Yeah! More Haikyuu fanart! But hold up just a moment! I DID do something mythical related as I drew some Bakeneko! But before I start rambling, let’s first take a look at the art!

Now, pardon the shitey pun but I mostly drew the characters as bakeneko because their high school is called Nekoma and they’re associated with cats. I’m pretty sorry. Anyways back to more rambles!

So the two characters this time is Kuroo and Kenma! Kuroo is the black cat while Kenma is the cream(custard?)one. They really share an interesting and cute relationship in the show and I really wanted to try drawing characters I hadn’t done before for this one, hence this piece was born! Hopefully the characters are recognisable!

Furthermore, I just wanted to draw more so...yeah. Anyways, I still don’t think this piece is half bad since I definitely took a different approach to it! I also had a couple hair difficulties with Kuroo(which I moped about on instagram @squidnoodlez follow plez >:3) Still, the end result wasn’t the worst I could have done, so that’s a win!

Anyways, it was super fun to draw and I feel closer to my goal in my artistic journey! Heheh, which would be commission worthy art...(Too bad I’m a shit artist haha)

(EXTRA) ART CRITIQUE:

Kuroo’s hair is a paaiiinnn. I’m really unhappy with how it turned out to be honest and his nekoma jacket ended up blending with his fur so that also sucks. Still, I liked experimenting with soft shading and more background so I really am still happy with this! A 7/10!
