Yato is able to pull water out of anything that holds it.

Pros

It doesn’t matter the object, as long as there’s water. Humans, animals, plants, etc. Although not very useful, he can also pull sweat off of an individual as well as tears.

Cons

He himself has to stay hydrated. When he uses his quirk it causes him to become dehydrated from the lack of water. He drinks 15-20 water bottles a day just to stay fully hydrated.

Personality

Yato is a cold and analytical person. He’s more of a nihilistic thinker and always looks for the more logical outcomes. He comes off as manipulative and sociopathic, although it isn’t the case most of the time.

Backstory

Yato’s quirk manifested at age 4. He went out with his sister to the garden to pick flowers for their mother. As soon as he touched one of the flowers, it withered instantly, having the water sucked out of it. Many of his peers were afraid, some even bullying the boy, telling him his quirk would be of no use in the hero world. His older sister was the only one who didn’t fear his quirk, aside from their mother, and protected him from their peers. He applied to UA with his sister, but was denied entry while she was accepted. Filled with anger, he took it out on everyone. He realized that not only did his quirk work on plants, but on people as well. He went through town and hunted those who had taunted and belittled him, extracting water from their bodies. His final victim was their mother. They shared a similar quirk, and he blamed her for cursing him with it. He fled from his home, leaving his mother at the scene. He pursued a life of villainy, occasionally helping the league of villains, although not always by choice.
