Quirk Information
All Shineri needs to do is touch someone and her quirk comes into effect. Once her skin makes it sends signals to her opponents brain that enhances their dopamine levels. With the high levels, this renders them into a zombie like state, doing whatever she says.
Pros
She’s able to control 20 individuals at once without injury. Skin to skin isn’t necessary, as long as she touches the individual. If she just has their shirt there’s no effect, but if she were to grab their shoulder it would work.
Cons
20 people is her absolute limit. If she sures that number she begins to suffer from immense migraines. When she raises the dopamine in others, it gradually lowers her own. As a result she needs to take medication (“happy” pills) in order to keep her levels stabilized. If she is injured while her quirk is in use, the connection between her and the “zombie” becomes broken.
Personality
Shineri is a light-hearted person. She can be stern and serious at times, but only does so in the best interest of her friends or students. Also known as the mom friend, she always puts her friends, family, and students interests above her own.
Backstory
Her quirk manifested at age 5 when she was playing tag with her classmates. She tagged them and noticed they didn’t move after she touched them. After telling them to tag someone, that’s when they started to move. After finding this out, no one wanted anything to do with her, afraid they’d be turned into a “zombie.” All she had left was her little brother, the only one who didn’t mind being by her side. She was separated from him when she was accepted into UA and he was not. Ashamed of how her quirk worked, she wanted to use it as little as possible, training her body for speed and strength. Around her second year her classmates found out her quirk and built her up to be more confident and proud of it. Wanting her to prove others wrong and become the best hero others could look up to.
